Ink and Watercolor Commissions - Open

The parameters for this type of commission are as followed…

  • This is a PHYSICAL piece you are commissioning for

  • Done on 9x12 piece of watercolor paper

  • Will be black and white with one color

  • For only one character (I do not offer multiple humanoid characters for this type of commission)

  • Complex designs will be subjected to additional charges.

  • Creature companions can be included for an additional charge.

  • The price includes shipping for Continental US addresses only! I will let you know what the additional price of shipping is for those outside the US.

  • Any edits required after the sketch are subject to an additional charge on a case by case basis.

  • After completion, you will receive scans of this commission that is a 300 DPI version for your own personal use, as well as a 72 DPI version for online use. Within the week after completion, it will be mailed out to you.

 

Watercolor Bust Commissions - Open

The parameters for this type of commission are as followed…

  • This is a PHYSICAL piece you are commissioning for

  • Done on 6x6 piece of watercolor paper

  • Will be full color and includes small background details

  • For only one character (multiple bust commissions could be open for discount).

  • The price includes shipping for Continental US addresses only! I will let you know what the additional price of shipping is for those outside the US.

  • Any edits required after the sketch are subject to an additional charge on a case by case basis.

  • After completion, you will receive scans of this commission that is a 300 DPI version for your own personal use, as well as a 72 DPI version for online use. Within the week after completion, it will be mailed out to you.

Digital Commissions - Open

The parameters for this type of commission are as followed…

  • You will receive a 300 DPI version for your own personal use and a 72 DPI version that is good for online use. If you would like a certain file size for personal printing purposes, let me know.

  • Complex designs will be subjected to additional charges.

  • Creature companions can be included for an additional charge (depending on the creature this price will range from $5 to the same price as an Extra Character that is listed).

  • After I start a paid commission, if needed, I will make 3 minor edits free of charge.  Anything past that or any major edits is an additional fee. I will do color adjustments for free and do not consider these part of your 3 minor edits

 

Digital Bust Commissions - Open

The parameters for this type of commission are as followed…

  • You will receive a 300 DPI version for your own personal use and a 72 DPI version that is good for online use. If you would like a certain file size for personal printing purposes, let me know.

  • After I start a paid commission, if needed, I will make 3 minor edits free of charge.  Anything past that or any major edits is an additional fee. I will do color adjustments for free and do not consider these part of your 3 minor edits

Terms of Service

These types of commissions are for personal use only and may not be used for profit or distributed for commercial purposes. While I do not have any rights over the characters drawn, I do retain the rights to the artwork itself. Do not claim it as your own art, you must give credit to me when reposting online These commissions are NOT work for hire. By emailing me and paying for the commission, you are agreeing to terms I have laid out.

Your Initial Email

In your email include the following!

  • Social Media Account(s): (If applicable! Your twitter name, instagram, deviantart etc.  I may post online and I want to give proper credit.)

  • Paypal Address:

  • Type of Commission:

  • References: (Please include as much as possible, including visual references. Also include anything you would like to be focused on in the commission)

  • Personality: (A few words about the character’s personality)

  • Other: (Anything else you feel you need to include.)

Process

  • I will confirm your initial email and I will let you know if I feel there will be additional charges. If I let you know there are extra charges, I will not start a sketch until you agree to the new price.

  • I will send an invoice to your Paypal account.

  • For Ink and Watercolor Fullbody Commissions only, you can pay half first, and then the second half after the first approved sketch. I will not start inking until paid in full.

  • You have 3 days to pay or I will drop your commission slot. If you need to pay at a later date, please let me know and I will happily work with you.

  • I will only start your commission after I am paid IN FULL.

  • I will send you an initial sketch first, and continue the commission after you approve. Please note, all sketches will be digital, even for traditional commissions.

  • After payment, digital commissions may take up to two weeks to complete, traditional commissions may take up to 3 - 4 weeks.

  • Once done, I will send you a 300 (DPI) print version as well as a 72 (DPI) internet version of the commission. If its a traditional commission, I will send you these digital scans and then within the week I should be mailing it out. I will let you know if it will be longer than a week. Once mailed, I will also email you the tracking number.

Cancellations

  • .Any cancellations after the initial sketch and payment phase are subject to a kill fee that is proportionate to the amount of work already completed beyond the initial rough sketch. For example, you paid for a shaded commission, and decided to cancel. The lineart has already been completed, so you will only get back $30 instead of the total $60.

  • If I cancel the commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded %100 of your payment.
